It's interesting to see what the future will bring us here... Drug makers still spend billions on traditional advertising. Only a very small amount of this is spend on web advertising (display ads). Big search companies like Google and Yahoo always have scrutinized online marketing efforts by the drug firms. The FDA played also a huge role here all those years!
