We anticipate the announcement of a new sub affiliate program by the end of May. If you are an established affiliate of Health Solutions Network, you’ll be in a position to further increase your revenue potential by bringing on sub-affiliates in the second half of this year.
Now you can put your experience to work by assisting others in creating their own online pharmacy. And you’ll enjoy a percentage of every sale they make!

We'll let you know when the applications become available. They will need to be returned to us by the July 1st, 2009 deadline.

A two-tier commission system would be nice, but what's with the July 1st dealine when you DON'T EVEN HAVE THE FREAKIN APP READY YET?

None of it made sense to me...
I thought they have always had a two-tier system...?
Why do you have to apply to be in the two-tier system...?
Why is there a time limit to apply...? after 7/1 nobody else can bring sub-affs...?

I can see by the comments left here that we were not specific enough in the original post.
You can sign up sub-affiliates AT ANY TIME during the year.
The July 1st deadline is only relevant if you want to earn commissions from your sub-affiliates for the quarter from July1st through September 30th (the 3rd quarter). The commissions earned from sub-affiliates will be paid out to parent affiliates on a quarterly basis. I hope that clears it up for you!

Our accounting department would have no way to track sales of your sub affiliates and pay out those commissions to you if you don't apply to participate in the program. Again, any affiliate can sign up at any time during the year.
