FDA harsh, do not say.
They would try buy something and then blame sellers :)
Fake, scam, etc.. in these lists most extended in the cause of the record stores, which sell generics.

Never promote the pharmacies about which you don't know anything. Today we all are happy when we see US$ in our accounts but no one know where will it lead to you.
If you promote generic pharmacies with reputable source then its good. Better is to avoid generic pharmacies. Focus on brand name medications only. In long term you always will get the benefit.

I am inviting all online pharmacies to prove that they are legal. First of all none of the online pharmacies mentioned here have PHARMACY CHECKER ID or not approved by any other government body.
I challenge all online pharmacies to prove that they are legal and doing something good for the affiliates and community.
Never trust an online pharmacy which don't have a Physical Address, Physical Phone/Fax number.
NEVER JOIN AN ONLINE PHARMACY WHICH FORCE YOU TO CONTACT THEM VIA ONLINE FORM.
I want to ask all online pharmacy to prove their legality and they are doing something genuine. Tell RxAffiliateForum community how they work, who are their doctors, where are their pharmacy and I am sure that very few will come up with the details.

Hi Sara,
First of all I request you to go through this link.
http://www.netdr.com (http://www.netdr.com)
I had visited http://drugstorebestbuys.com/affiliates/default.htm your website which you refer as TRUSTED ONLINE sources for medicines.
But there are some pharmacies which are in the list of FAKE pharmacies like USOnlineRx, XLPharmacy.
I am wondering that do you really research before you list the pharmacies.

USOnlineRX is not fake, that is run by a very reputable company. Don't just slander people (as an excuse to promote your link), do some research first. XLPharmacy is half-way towards being a no-go shop, but it is still OK most of the time.
If I only promoted pharmacies with Pharmacy Checker IDs I wouldn't be promoting the best pharmacies for my customers. What does pharmacy checker mean apart from that they've paid $300 to get an ID?
By the way your FDA list is 2 years old. So what use is it? Most of the sites on it are dead.
Hey pharmaboy, I just looked at your link. So it seems you're making money from myrxcash including an affiliate link to usonlinerx.net but yet you come on here saying they are a fake pharmacy! Why would you say that? I am writing to the people at myrxcash about this right now.

For starters Lenny, $300 would be a bargain. I wish it was that cheap. You should do a little research on PharmacyChecker before you make these comments as it takes away from the validation of anything else you say. You need a PharmacyChecker verification to advertise on any major search engine: http://www.pharmacychecker.com/sealprogram/choose.asp

We judge a good supplier by several factors. Not just whether they have a Pharmacy Checker ID or other USA regulated approval. Some parts of USA are very restrictive to their citizens where they can obtain RX and some are for more open to affordability issues. However it is a large world not ruled by USA regulators only. The online pharmacies in our comparison lists (http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com/onlinepharmacieslist.htm) have been carefully watched, some for years, for customer service and integrity of product.
Some websites label every pharmacy outside of USA as Fake. As many of the pills, capsules and potions sold in USA come from factories with FDA approved facilities in India and other countries this is very blinkered and biased.
Many suppliers located outside USA get their the pills, capsules and potions from the same factories where the big name pharma make theirs before they are shipped to USA.
There does need to be care when you choose an online pharmacy which is why we build our ratings lists.
We also rate affiliate program performance so affiliates can invest their time and money wisely in reliable programs world wide (http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com/affiliates/default.htm) - not just USA based.

Hi Friends,
It is my request to all affiliates to read this article carefully and give a think. Think that are you really promoting the legal business.
Earning quick bucks and higher commission will not lead you in trouble?

There are some criteria given by the author. Just check with your business partner.
Check for the following details:
>> Do their domain registration information is protected by DOMAINPROXY or someone else? Why? If they are a legal business then they should public the details.
>> DO they have a physical address to contact? Why they have not disclosed a physical address? Why they use a P.O.Box address?
>> Do they have a contact number?
>> Do they have given the name of pharmacy from where the medication are being shipped? If not then why?
>> Do they use payment gateway based in some African territories then why?
Friends, do ask. I am sure even sara may have not asked these questions.

Pharmaboy, then how come your own website pharmacyaffiliateguide.com is protected by domain privacy? What are you hiding from? Why don't you show a good example and remove the privacy from your own website before you start judging others?

IN RESPONSE to pharmaboy:
Domain Privacy
There are many very valid reasons for protection domain registration information. among them are
- Avoid unwanted spam messages.
- Cut down on junk mail sent to your home or business.
- Protect your online identity and contact information. In a time of increasing identity theft this is important.
- Maintain control while protecting your identity
- Stop data miners from exploiting your personal data
So at PSP we do not hold it against an online pharmacy for a sensible precaution.
Contact Information
There should be contact information and you should get a response when it is used.
At PSP we make an effort to maintain contact with our top programs. Real contact frequently.
Supplier information
Even your local gift store will not want to tell you contact details on where their stock is sourced. Such details are usually product specific and such information is supplied with the product.
Gateway information
Payment gateway is also a privileged information and does change frequently. Many sites have a logo or link to information on how well your information is going to be looked after. Most transactions will email with gateway information and contact details.
Remember ALL information on a website can be faked. For example: there are many sites showing fake Pharmacy Checker Ids. Dangerous sites.
We try and protect people by listing reliable pharmacies (http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com/onlinepharmacieslist.htm). However businesses do get sold, people leave, life leaps out and changes things.
Be cautious, not paranoid. Check this forum regularly.

I am not a business running an e-commerce site. I am not selling anything directly. I am even not explaining the customers what to buy and how to buy.
My site is an informative site and I had protected my identity because I want to avoid the unnecessary contact hurdles.
All merchants must declare their ownership of the domain because every business must be registered with the someone so that if someone face some problems there should be someone to take the responsibility.

Hi Pharmaboy, took me some time, but I guess your thread deserve our reply,
Your intentions are good but the outcome looks lame,
Your reviews are shallow, you are signing up with each program and then post misleading information about each and every program, if you want to offer precious info about programs I think you should research more before you post any thing,
you have signed up with us but haven’t even logged in once!
USOnlineRX.net is one of our leading sites, you can trust Sara and this forum and I can only recommend you to learn and be professional as the senior members in this forum, which taught me a lot during the years, i am not even talking about senior programs as XLP, they are a key player in this industry since the beginning,
Besides, we do not force any affiliate to sign up with us, if you are not satisfied you can simply ask me to cancel your account,
On one hand you post a bad review on stores and then on the other hand post some links which are recommending and directing traffic to sign up with these stores,
(You posted above http://www.eurohealthpharmacy.org/#)
What’s the deal?

I completely agree with Sara,
But I would also like to make an addition to the debated topic about Fake Pharmacies.
Well Dear members ,
Here we are talking about Online Pharmacies - Now How can we claim that all the sponsors here are 100% Legal ?
I am sure there is no such term as 100% REAL Pharmacy unless they are FDA approved some Company based in USA or any other country and selling meds only to their country specific people.
The moment an ONLINE PHARMACY comes into the picture - it is bound to be known that its not 100% Legal because they dont have US doctors who approves the prescriptions , they dont have US Licenses , they dont try to take customer history , and more over they are not US ( or any other country ) FDA approved so as they can follow the rules and regulations mentioned in the specific country.
NOW
Coming to the FAKE ONLINE PHARMACIES - Yes there are certain sponsors here ( YES on our FORUM ) or they are certain members who claim they have the best stuff , selling Narcotic Items -- they can be considered fake BUT Again let me put it more clear , most of them dont know what their supplier is shipping , what is the quality of meds and to be honest what meds their customers are being delivered with.
They only know this med name sells good so lets sell it !!
People / Company / Members like these are making bad name for us and the complete industry.
So bringing such people to the light and exposing them as FAKE is utterly acceptable.
Now one more thing before I leave ! :)
I see many members sprouting and saying WE HAVE ALL CARDS , ALL MEDS , US - US SHIPPING AND ALL - to such members I would advice not to make any false commitment unless they are 100% sure and have done it before -- 2 reasons
1) They are damaging the name of the board
2) They are making efforts of other members go to waste who work hard for making money.
:)
In case someone feels I have made a pointless or useless post please feel free to put in your comments
Thx

It's really sad :(
But... "Amy died following an apparent accidental overdose of online pharmaceuticals". The reason was overdose, not fake medication, right?
Finding reliable pharmacy business for affiliate promotion is hard work, and I dislike such industry more & more...
Have some criteria/thoughts too:
* Serious pharmacy won't give away free Viagra pills (even if you buy drug for different disease treatment!) or any other prescription drug like a free gift. If they do, avoid them.
* Packages: if smallest package is 100 pills (and costs like $30), and the largest like 600 pills or even more... can they be real? :) Hardly...
* If affiliate payouts are in time, it doesn't mean that they sell not-fake pills.
