Best strategy for affiliates working with Online Pharmacy and Clinics

For the past few months we are witnessing the strong actions of government against online pharmacy and clinics who provides the facility of ordering narcotics and other controlled and non approved medicines without prescription over internet.

As all you know, this is one of the best industry to work for affiliates as they can make really good money by promoting other's products.

Due to the reason the good profit margin in this business, many unethical business malpractice's, the reputation of the entire industry is being affected.

We all must have to try is to fight against these malpractices and raise the voice. If you are thinking of just short time profit, then you have to pay big amount for that.

Think online pharmacy affiliate business as long term business. Search for your affiliate merchant partners. Ask them more and more question and then create a healthy business relations with them.

You must also concern about the medicine you promoting.

This is for the good of you as well as industry.

I would like all affiliates who are working in this industry and share their experience of malpractices of the bad guys of the industry.

Speaking from experience that is simply not possible.. I know it as I have several sites with price comparison tables. Brand and generics. And the brand ones never give more sales than the generic ones.. the truth is they give 2 or even 3 times less profit..and a site like 121 doc would be one of the most expensive choices on the brand meds price comparison tables, even when comparing brand vs brand on the same table.. it would not end up with more than 5% of the monthly brand sales.

So either you are doing everything completely wrong or are working for 121doc trying to spread misinformation about other programs here(with working i do not mean as an affiliate)

It's really a good debatable discussion for all affiliates who are working in the online world and for online pharmacies in particular. This is the right forum where I would like to share my personal experience with all my affiliate mates.

First, let me introduce myself. I am working as an affiliate with 121doc and some of the other top generic as well as branded names like 4Rx, XLpharmacy, Topills etc. At the end of the month, I review each of these programs.

After checking my accounts, I find that I earn less commission from the generic and non branded products selling merchants as compared to the ones who have branded products. With 121doc, though their commission is less, they top my chart list at the end of the month.

The average order with 121doc is more than $200, probably this is the reason why I earn good commission and that too by putting in very less efforts. At the end of the month, 121doc makes me :).

So, I believe that before signing in any affiliate program, we should take care of products as well. Affiliate marketing works on a pay for performance model and is low risky affair for both affiliates as well as merchants, however, it may become pain if you sign any program blind folded.

Well payment is right on time via monybookers no problems.
Not huge but successful. Deliver and service to customers also no problems.
Should get reasonable repeat business.

Like I said before knocking others on the forum is unneccessary and counter productive. If you have a good product just stick to promoting what you do well.

One of the reasons we added 121doc to our lists is their domain. We find a portion of our European customers like to buy 'local' and brand. Not all choices are made on price. One of the things we focus on is providing options and ratings to help customers with choice. The EEU market is increasing as the USA market tightens.

Point taken guys - as stated in earlier posts. "dont try and advertise yourself up by knocking others", particularly if you have a new and quite small program. Also, it just highlights lack of experience in what works and pays. Gary has been spoken to.

By getting opinions out in the open, even poorly informed ones, we have half a chance of adjusting thinking, obtaining consensus and setting agreement on sensible guidelines based on what is good for consumers as well as for good pharmacies and good affiliates. Blocking "education" is one sure way of deepening harm resulting from the GFC.

There are a lot of really good programs around and have been doing a great job with reliable product for some time. They are also keen to support the openess of this forum through their sponsorship, even if it seems to generate negative comments, at least the comments are out in the open and can therefore be challenged and dealt with.

The net is built for the global community. Only places like China apply net censorship based on their own ideological beliefs. The net is not owned by people like legitscripts who knock everything outside of their own little unofficial jurisdiction and lobby group backing. That is why the voters picked Obama a not clinton or McCain etc. The chance of something better for the nation and not dictacted by who has the narrow self interested lobby group financial backing.

People like legitscripts are the real problem, they want the global community to adopt rules only applied in a some US states. While they say they are looking after the public, you cant help but suspect the real agenda is being driven by money hungry big pharma lobby group.

The long term reputable online pharmacies put the customer first and offer a service to those genuinely in need of convenient and cost effective well governed service.

For others who shy away from sensible guidelines and procedures and want to police unworkable contradictory fragmented rules, the consumer is actually just a cover for the main game of maintaining an overpriced protected local fifedoms that contribute to recessions.

Shutting down US online pharma markets who want to offer a credible service, risks the same outcome of prohibition during 1930's great depression. Cause more problems, which took decades to fix even after impractical unworkable rules changed.

Getting things and medicines online is the best thing for most of us. In my opinion, if you are looking for a great way to order your prescriptions at your convenience, online pharmacies may be the way to go for you.
