Will HSN still be able to operate?

We are receiving feedback from the SelfServeRx operation on this. The answer is still not clear, but the general consensus its the controlled that is at issue in this legislation. Neither positive or negative in relation to other rx, just not addressed?

Is there any reference to retrospectivity?

It seems a though the bill you are referring to requires businesses that distribute controlled substances using the Internet to register with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Health Solutions does not ship out controlled substances. So to answer your question, Yes Heath Solutions will be able to operate if this bill is passed.
