You should avoid Pillshoprx!
Namely, before I've signed up, I've sent them an email with questions about their affiliate supports... I got reply in 10 minutes. I was impressed... So, I made about $500 for first week, but than two of my sales are missed from CP. I've contacted them, but - you guess: nothing! From than, they ignore me (almost two months). I never received commission, even answer on question "where is my commission"!
I invite all affiliates with similar experiences to publish it. It's not about lost commission, but it's about to not earning money for cheats!

:D our old site design was copied by several online pharmacies...I will not name anyone but they know who they are and so do my affiliates.
At the end of the day it's not a bad thing... Because usually people copy the BEST...
I am a little mad, but mostly proud of my team. they did something worthy of being copied ;)
We have a new challenge out for them now with the new design :p

LoL I wouldn't trust an aff program that can't even afford a designer.
just my 2 cents.

Rick,
We got's to be careful, we don't want to start a bogus witch hunt here...
Are you checking this information?
Some people could post Mickey Mouse accusations just to get a webcam.
I just want to make sure we burn the bad witches and let the good ones fly :)
I haven't seen zikam reply to the "needled" RX-MEX post and he is fairly new here.
By all means i am not trying to protect RipOffrx, sorry...Pillshoprx, but you get my point.
PSP has always done a great job verifying the info through channels of communication that we don't all have, so i know that I can take your words to the bank. But some people might want to learn how the Sherlock Holmes work is done.

Good point Sam. Thanks for input.
Major thing - is the time and effort put into research. PSP obtain several sources of feedback in addition to our own research. Plus we contact the program under survellience to ask for their feedback and actions to be taken to fix the problems.
Only after all the avenues for resolution are exhausted with no response does a program wind up on Avoid. This process is the main reason we somehow manage to recover lost funds often even after hope is lost.

maybe we should come up with a "list of things to watch for before signing up..."
1. Can you talk to the program manager
2. Do you know anyone else promoting this program
3. Did they get paid?
4. How long has this program been working?
5. Do they have a customer toll free
6. Are they PSP approved...
7.
8.
9.
you guys should know better...

Hello Sam,
Thank you for your contribution and ideas promoting this debate. Pharmacy-Shark-Patrol (PSP) see this approach as the basis of a professional and effective self regulation. The ultimate beneficiaries are good online pharmacies, affiliates and customers.
Please check the PSP Pharmacy Affiliate Program Ratings Lists (http://www.drugstorebestbuys.com/affiliates/default.htm)
The programs listed are not paid listings like you see on Pharmacy Checker and RX Affiliate Forum sponsors.
A position on the Ratings Lists is earned by serious performance monitoring.
Some of the things PSP will check include the points you have raised and they are:
- Good commission levels on primary sale and repeat sales
- Prompt payments
- Excellent customer service ensuring repeat purchases
- Life-time customers with genuine tracking
- Prompt enquiry response for affiliates and customers from program managers
- Good tracking information
- Reward for attracting new affiliates meaning a good T2 program (this also answers the “do you know anyone else”
- Consistent pricing and commission strategy
- Affiliate updates and notification of price changes.
- Active commitment to Anti SPAM
- Date program established and long term track record
- Service complaints from customers and affiliates are registered, resolved if possible and if not the program gets added to the Avoid list.
The PSP maintains contacts with program managers to assist resolve service issues and keep affiliates informed.
PSP gets a lot of feedback form affiliates and customers which also keeps our ratings fresh. We test new programs before adding them and where possible negotiate better commissions for affiliates.
The PSP is designed as a primary resource for rx affiliates and is resourced from voluntary and independent staff. The PSP is not funded by any program, other than normal T2 affiliate commissions.
We appreciate all feedback as to how we can build this into a viable and effective international industry self regulating force.

yup, what Sara wrote about PSP has all been proven to be true based on my personal experience. So I think the PSP list of things to watch out when registering with a new OP and their OP rating system is pretty much complete.
I don't know if PSP guys have interest in doing it, but what I'd like to see is something that looks like a union. I would be interested not only to sign up as 2nd tier through PSP links, but also to pay some membership fee every year and in case there would be some problems with one of the OPs paying the affiliates , members would have immediate access to the union lawyers who would start work on the problem immediately (and there would be at least 10s or 100s of affiliates who would have the problem if a bigger OP would start to act ugly). I would be interested to be a part of this and pay a mebership fee and I think I am not the only one who would
be interested and this could be a real force to protect the interests of affiliates with enough money and ability to hire a good lawyer if needed.
But at the moment PSP and this forum is the best and closest thing to a union this industry has.
Before a few years I was doing some business with Sweden (construction industry) and could see myself how this union thing works there. It's really powerful there.

Hi Ami,
Thnx for using my site as an example :)
I have an advice for all affiliates. These days Sanofi Aventis took my the best ROI site BuyAcompliaRimonabant. I advice to all of you - avoid any of brand names in your domain name... there is not way to hold it for long. When you appear in first ten on Google or Yahoo, trademark's holder will take your domain, for sure!
