Needled by Rx-Mex statement (see: http://rxaffiliateforum.com/showthread.php?t=5286) I wanna let you know it's not true that all affiliates got the payment from 'Rx-Mex'. I would forget about unpaid commission, but as I told you, I am very needled by Rx-Mex statement here.

Needled? As far as I know anything to do with 4rx has been absolutely 100% reliable and they have never stolen a re-order, a customer or a sale.

How much are you owed? $36.19 ?

Hi Zikam,

Please let me know what your aff ID was and the amount you were owed...
As i said.
All affiliates that had over 100$ in their account were paid in full.
All that had less than 100$, were offered to receive complemetry meds...
We had followed up with both customers and affilaites for months after we closed down.
i don't remember receiving a call or email from you...

If you are one of the unlucky ones that slipped through the cracks we will make things right for you provided you give me your info.

Hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,

A number of people appeared out of the woodwork with unpaid claims and approached PSP. From what we saw all eventually got paid.

Zikam,

I have not yet heard from you concerning your payment.
Any other affiliate would have replied to get his money.

Good thing we are still a little active on the forum.

So, whenever you are ready...We are here, let us know who you are and how much was owed so we can confirm and you will get paid IF we owe you anything.

Admin...In case this was a Mickey Mouse claim, how long should it be needled to the forum? I care about our image even now ;)

Admin,

We haven’t heard form this guy in over a week…
This guy claimed we owed him, I immediately replied, it’s been over 1 week, he is nowhere to be seen…

I honestly think this was a Mickey Mouse claim and I present my motion to dismiss this case based on Affiliate no show.
Man I watch too much Law & Order. :)

In case he comes back, he is free to contact me.
But I do not want the name of RX-MEX to be in any way tainted…

If anyone is interested to know what I am up to lately, feel free to contact me…Might interest you.

This is a good illustration of how all complaints should be handled. All complaints are treated as genuine, acknowledged, registered, receive fast follow up and an agreement to fix.

Genuine complaints are then put to bed.

Bogus complaints are also exposed.

I would suggest to affiliates and online affiliate program owners, this is a better way to go than crying over unanswered emails, with little possibility of resolution. One of the problems people often have with emails is their emails that are blocked or filtered.

The Rx Affiliate Forum assists to overcome lack of communication and therefore a good vehicle to provide solutions.

Only the good OP's and affiliates are willing to keep open lines of communication like this. The shadey characters, either affiliates or programs as Rick indicated, do not like being outed.

I am sorry for delay. I though I will receive a notice automatically when someone relpy here . It has not happened. (how can I subscribe to a thread here?)

The $amount is not important now. The point is in the relationship with former affiliates. Not even I was not receive the payment (or meds, which to be honest, I do not need), but affiliate manager (as I remember his name is Andre) has ignored all my emails after they close down.

It is really not important to me now... it was long time ago, I just mentioned my case here becouse I was nedleed, just want to add my experience with former Rx-Mex (I know one more affiliate who has the same experience).

P.S. I found how to subscribe :)
