All-

Below is a very important update about USA Prescription and its position in the industry. I have been asked to post this on behalf of Carleta Carolina, the new owner and CEO of USA Prescription, Inc. Carleta has been associated with USA Prescription, Inc. for a very long time and is great person. I vouch for her personally and professionally.

Personally, I will be around to help you for a short time while Carleta and the new team find someone to replace me. Vincent, myself and several other key people will be in touch with other new programs unassociated with online pharmacy sales. We look forward to seeing you again.

Dear Affiliates:

My name is Carleta Carolina and I am the new President and CEO of USA Prescription, Inc.

Vincent Chhabra and Chhabra Group will no longer be associated with USA Prescription, nor will they be providing any support or management services to USA Prescription Inc., USAPrescription.com or any of the other websites in the USA Prescription network. While you may notice a change in personnel and key contacts, you should not experience any d

RxNetwork, a Davie pharmacy serving Internet customers, will close at 5 p.m. today, its lawyer said Thursday.

Federal officials yanked the pharmacy's controlledsubstance license last month.

The move, lawyer Sean Ellsworth said, means that the pharmacy's owner, Vincent Chhabra, will be out of the Internet prescription-drug business.

Chhabra had owned a variety of websites, including Discreetdrugs.com, Click Prescribe.com and eprescribecom., under the umbrella of USA Prescription but sold the sites in June to Coral Pharmaceuticals, a Bahamian company, Ellsworth said.

No one answered the phone Thursday afternoon at the firm's office.

The announcement comes as federal authorities step up pressure to stop U.S. online drug sites. Last month, the Drug Enforcement Administration raided RxNetwork's offices on University Drive, removed boxes of diet pills and ordered the firm to stop selling controlled substances.

The DEA said it was against its regulations for any pharmacy to sell controlled substances based solely on a customer's filling out an online questionnaire.

About a half-dozen employees at RxNetwork will be laid off, Ellsworth said, although the firm will continue to seek to battle the DEA action before an administrative judge and may reopen if it wins its case.

In the meantime, Ellsworth said, Chhabra will concentrate on his other Internet businesses, which include 1800inkjet.com and DynamicHealth.com.

The latter sells vitamins and other nonpharmaceutical health aids as well as Ovulite, a self-administered ovulation test kit.

if your in the USA, think about this. These people have legal armies and they feared owning websites. The situation is much worse than it appeared as tweo major players sold their busineses today.

IANAL, but arent nons controlled by FDA? Is FDA even govt!?

Look how much trouble they have banning ephedrine (which rocks btw!!) and they've been at it for years.

At worst they could probably yank your site for making "false claims or misleading advertising"

Do not be fooled, Chhabra's fall is not a fall, it is a strategy. He will continue via his European market, as it will be impossible for him to be prosecuted that way. I don't think the scam he is trying will remove him from the Governments sights, they will not likely be fooled.

Also, the fact that the business did not move from the little town of Weston makes me suspect it is just a strategy, Chhabra likes things close to him so he can keep an eye on "his business". Notice, the mailing address listed with the Florida SOS as well as the registered agent stayed the same. Anyone in the know can tell you Chhabra has operated in this manner for a long time.

From what I have determined through investigation, Chhabra has hung one group of business partners out to dry after another. I believe Carleta is about to be the next.

I would advise anyone involved with this group seek legal advice immediately. The FDA (AKA United States Food and Drug Administration) is a government entity and can bring civil and criminal problems to anyone involved in this business.

I speak with GREAT knowledge in these actions. FDA, FBI, DEA, DOJ as well as many, many AG offices are on the hunt. These groups are REQUIRED to seek out and seize ALL funds and assets acquired through illegal activities, no matter who ends up with them, and return them to the individuals or general public they were originated from and as determined by courts.

I would advise contacting an attorney immediately. It would be advisable to approach and co-operate with DOJ early as settlements are often considered. A little money is better than a little time. Trying to maneuver around things can cause you problems under RICO statutes.

Mr. Chhabra is likely attempting a settlement himself. The appearance of this "disposing" of suspect companies is more than likely just a ploy to demonstrate to the DOJ that he is on the "straight and narrow". He will likely say, "I did not know it was really illegal" or "but the attorneys interpreted the law differently". Mean while, somewhere, somehow, he is likely to profit from USA Prescriptions staying in business.

Ok these fly by night username and posts have got to stopsmileys/smiley7.gif. New members will require a valid email address now. We should have done that from the beginning but fakes and double posters will be weeded out when we switch over to the PHP board.

Don't worry we aren't going sell them or spam them. Its just we are sick of people hiding behind screen names and bringing little of no value to the conversation.

The key term in "DEA said it was against its regulations". Viagra and many of the others are not controlled by DEA, they are however controlled by other entities.

Watch individual states AG offices (Attorney Generals) on some of the minor stuff.

FBI has had some interest in these cases as well. Especially in areas of advertising sources and methods. Watch out if you run a "comparision sight". Fraud seems to be a watch word.

Admin I am all for EVERYONE updating their profiles with a valid email address, then you can change all the passwords and email us our new passwords to login. That could take care of many of the problem children that seem to propagate and flourish here.

Make sure no one is able to signup using throw-away email IDs from yahoo and hotmail. Every webmaster or AD here have at least one real domain, so for genuine users this should not be a problem.

Admin,

I assure you I am not a "fake" or "Double Poster".

I would think that anyone involved in the online drug trade would want the benefit of my experience. (It is not something I would wish on anyone)

I did not post personal information, as it was not listed as required.

Not to be aggravating to you, but I noticed you did not post in your profile who you are.

I did not post my information as I am still subject to further action against myself. So hopefully you can understand that I am trying to pass information without incriminating myself.

I will not give specifics, please do not inquire.

I don't know and don't have them time to play PI today.

When we transfer to a UNIX server and phpBB or VBulletin everything will move smoothly except for the encoded password. I would manually transfer those too but this and every other forum software encrypts them so no one but the user knows them. I'm going to random generate a pw for everyone and your valid email will need to be in your profile to receive it.

There will be a popup window or message box on the top of the forum starting next week or so notifying you to add an email adress to your profile. When the new board is live you'll just clikc on forgot password and then itll send you the generated one which you can login and change. This should weed out most of the fly by nighters. Also, it will allow us to email notices to you about downtime etc. Don't worry there will NEVER be an ad, affiliate link, etc. in those emails... if we even send any. It will only be used to notify you of board problems, moves, etc.

Be on the lookout for that notice.

I don't want specifics. We just want a valid email address to signup. No name... no URL... just an email address. That is not asking to much.

I agree we shouldn't have to know others URL, name, address, etc., all of that is private, especially in an industry like this but when you have the same person signing up for 4 different logins and creating 4 different identities to stir up trouble and slander others it needs to be stopped.

The new software will weed that out because we'll be able to tell if a person is posting from more than one username also.

All,

I have no other screen name, just secmann.

I have 3 small web sites, though if I disclosed them it would point to who I am.

Be assured, "people" do watch this site, I have been asked about it "offically".

All,

I found this posting by "TP-Online" else where on the forum. aome of you may have already seen it, but wanted to show I was not "BS"ing.

>> "Over the last week, we've had several threatening phone calls with references to OP sites and our relationship. The caller was full of subtle threats and personal information. We decided to do a little investigation of our own.. Guess what... County Government Investigators.

Our legal advisor said this is how it starts. He has lots of industry experience with these issues defending with what was the biggest and most reliable OP. First they begin harrassing with phone calls, then the threatening letters or summons. We are in stage 2. Its a matter of days before all is shutdown.

Don't be fooled, there is a coordinated effort by several branches of law enforcement to end this business, on a national, state, and local level". <

My only point was to help you to protect yourselves.
