I have finally found another profitable non op program that has to do with health, is becoming famous, very unique, high converting!!

Very advanced affiliate program with 2-tier. Commissions are 25% and 5% T2.
Very nice programed affiliate backend with link creator, link zone editor, lot's of media, Country stats, sub affiliate stats and more..
