As i wrote in my previous email Aff close my account without any notification

at 18 March i got email from one of my customers who put here order at Fri 03/10/06 02:37:51 AM (Sonata) and don't get here product.
only at this time , i understand that my acc was closed


[Please respond to my inquiries or provide me with a telephone number to speak with someone. When will the order be shipped? The charge (money) has been deducted from my bank account.]

i answer to this customer : gave customer support number and told, that she can contact AFF via email (from her backend)

and forward this email to Dave.
got email from Dave, that here order has been shipped. about what i notice my customer

got answer:

Dear ,

Since your last email, my order status has changed so that it states it was approved by the doctor on March 23. As you know, it was approved by the doctor on March 12.

You stated it has been shipped. The status window does not state that it has been shipped. The status window states only that the order is "Active" and has been "approved by Robert Zwitiashvili M.D."

I attempted to telephone the customer service number you gave me. Each time I was left on hold for over 15 minutes and never spoke to anyone. I don't think the number is helpful to those inquiring as to the status of their order.

I would appreciate your continued help. Please let me know the status of my order. If it is not going to be shipped, please let me know how to arrange for a refund of the monies taken from my account.


as the only contact email that i have is Dave's email, i forward this email.

no response 2 days.
then i got email from Dave


As you can see that the order is for <b>Phentermine</b> and we are backed up an email was sent to all the customers notifying them of the problem. if you have orders for phentermine it would be best if you slowed them down as to fulfillment is tight right now.

very interesting .. why phentermine ... my customer try to order Sonata !!!

during this 2-4 days i got a lot of emails from this customer

one of this emails:

I received FIFTEEN (15) copies of the email over a 2.5 hour period. I had previously posted another inquiry to customer service regarding shipment per your email stating that it had been shipped.

There is no indication that the medication I ordered has been shipped.

I would greatly appreciate your further assistance in this matter.

If the medication cannot be shipped, please instruct me as to how to process a refund of the funds withdrawn from my bank account.


in this emails are only link to her backend, where she can check her order status :-)

what to do ?

i understand that this situation isn't normal

got email from Dave:


Are you giving these customers our phone number and email adress

Do that instead of fowarding to me. Plus we are all caught up. This is my email fot affiliates.
You are slamming me with CS. We answer our phones and emails..

here is the last email from customer:


I've called and emailed MANY MANY TIMES, as I have previously stated. No response.

I have asked to speak to someone who will arrange a refund. No response.

I am upset that the money was taken from me and I did not receive the product. That is a crime and a fraud in California.

I will contact the District Attorney's Office here to see if they can investigate further
or advise me where to file a claim.

i dont get it.

You say the customer ordered Sonta yet Dave says it was phen.. which was it?

I also don't see how you could not have know your acocunt was closed. The day it was closed you would not have been able to access your backend. Don't you ever check your BE? Then you would have know and you could have switched over links.

The people at Aff in my book are very helpfull people and will do what they can.

but as i understand he don't read my emails carefully.



I also don't see how you could not have know your acocunt was closed. The day it was closed you would not have been able to access your backend. Don't you ever check your BE? Then you would have know and you could have switched over links.
during this last 2 months i was very busy.
my wife was pregnant-> born son - later grippe-pneumonia -hospital (reanimation)

now everything is nice with my son, but account was closed.
hope u understand, that having such problems, u cann't have any 1 min to check ur BE or bank account.

btw .. order links, domain.js is live still ./

as i wrote, i guess , that Dave don't read emails carefully. :-)

i send 2 emails (when i check that my account is closed), wrote that i cann't access my acc with login/pass that i have.

and 2 time i got url to login form :-)

only at 3-rd email, he notify me that my account is closed .

The people at Aff in my book are very helpfull people and will do what they can.

hope u are right.
but don't think that District Attorney's Office & my custome have the same opinion.

but the fact is ... that my customer don't get her medication yet

email that i get today from this customer:


I ordered Sonata from ****.com on March 3, 2006. The money was withdrawn from my bank account on March 11, 2006.

I have not received the mediation. I have sent many emails and made many phone calls. Please refund $1**.00 immediately.
