As i wrote in my previous email Aff close my account without any notification
at 18 March i got email from one of my customers who put here order at Fri 03/10/06 02:37:51 AM (Sonata) and don't get here product.
only at this time , i understand that my acc was closed
[Please respond to my inquiries or provide me with a telephone number to speak with someone. When will the order be shipped? The charge (money) has been deducted from my bank account.]
i answer to this customer : gave customer support number and told, that she can contact AFF via email (from her backend)
and forward this email to Dave.
got email from Dave, that here order has been shipped. about what i notice my customer
got answer:
Dear ,
Since your last email, my order status has changed so that it states it was approved by the doctor on March 23. As you know, it was approved by the doctor on March 12.
You stated it has been shipped. The status window does not state that it has been shipped. The status window states only that the order is "Active" and has been "approved by Robert Zwitiashvili M.D."
I attempted to telephone the customer service number you gave me. Each time I was left on hold for over 15 minutes and never spoke to anyone. I don't think the number is helpful to those inquiring as to the status of their order.
I would appreciate your continued help. Please let me know the status of my order. If it is not going to be shipped, please let me know how to arrange for a refund of the monies taken from my account.
as the only contact email that i have is Dave's email, i forward this email.
no response 2 days.
then i got email from Dave
As you can see that the order is for <b>Phentermine</b> and we are backed up an email was sent to all the customers notifying them of the problem. if you have orders for phentermine it would be best if you slowed them down as to fulfillment is tight right now.
very interesting .. why phentermine ... my customer try to order Sonata !!!
during this 2-4 days i got a lot of emails from this customer
one of this emails:
I received FIFTEEN (15) copies of the email over a 2.5 hour period. I had previously posted another inquiry to customer service regarding shipment per your email stating that it had been shipped.
There is no indication that the medication I ordered has been shipped.
I would greatly appreciate your further assistance in this matter.
If the medication cannot be shipped, please instruct me as to how to process a refund of the funds withdrawn from my bank account.
in this emails are only link to her backend, where she can check her order status :-)

Do that instead of fowarding to me. Plus we are all caught up. This is my email fot affiliates.
You are slamming me with CS. We answer our phones and emails..

here is the last email from customer:
I've called and emailed MANY MANY TIMES, as I have previously stated. No response.
I have asked to speak to someone who will arrange a refund. No response.
I am upset that the money was taken from me and I did not receive the product. That is a crime and a fraud in California.
I will contact the District Attorney's Office here to see if they can investigate further
or advise me where to file a claim.
