Excerpt from article from first post:
Less than two weeks before, Lifeline, another pharmacy that filled online orders in the same complex was raided and shut down.
U.S. District Judge William Zloch said he would rule this week after hearing Rx Network's challenge to the DEA's civil enforcement action. A different judge has rejected Lifeline's attempt to reinstate its license.

Shy and sometimes awkward in public, but immensely loyal to those closest to him, Chief U.S. District Judge William J. Zloch is considered an opinionated but by-the-book kind of guy.
The former football star, who rarely speaks with reporters, made headlines Tuesday when he removed highly respected Senior Judge William M. Hoeveler from the Everglades restoration case for making off-the-cuff comments to the press.
The decision was vintage Zloch: Follow the rules. The law and judicial rules say judges shouldn't talk to reporters outside of court about pending cases.
Zloch declined to comment Tuesday evening.
''He goes down the line. He takes a measured approach. But he always follows the law,'' Judge Ursula Ungaro-Benages said on Tuesday.
Ungaro-Benages and other colleagues have praised Zloch for being a more inclusive chief, fostering an unprecedented level of collegiality among the full-time district and senior judges.
The Fort Lauderdale native, who turned 59 last week, was the first Broward-born judge and the first Vietnam veteran appointed to the federal bench in South Florida.
Zloch attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where he played quarterback and handed off to halfback Brian Piccolo, who went on to play for the Chicago Bears and whose battle with cancer was dramatized in the television movie Brian's Song.
Zloch went to the University of Notre Dame to study dentistry, and started at quarterback for the Fighting Irish his senior year.
Zloch then joined the Navy, leaving in 1970 as a lieutenant. He returned to Notre Dame for law school. A running joke around the Fort Lauderdale courthouse is that Zloch only recently started selecting non-Notre Dame graduates for clerkships. He returned to Fort Lauderdale in 1974 to practice civil law primarily. Zloch used to be a Democrat, but was nominated to the bench in 1985 by Republican President Ronald Reagan. Zloch is now a Republican.[b] He's considered a mercurial and occasionally unpredictable judge, a law-and-order conservative o

Wow. that was fast! This happened just hours ago and the media already has it online - before we even have a chance to digest and submit a formal response!
While we would love to claim victory, we cannot. The presiding judge simply said that he will rule sometime this week. That, in itself, is good news. This is NOT an open-and-shut case. Our argument has merit and legal basis in law. We are happy that the legal system acknowledges it as such.
I will keep everyone informed regarding this important ruling. Please email me directly at Bryan@METAbility.com (Bryan@METAnility.com) with questions.
