Hello to all,
I wish to thank the new owners for giving us our own forum, God knows how many times I tried getting it before.
Forum looks different but purpose is the same, please use this thread if you need anything form us, if you have any comments, good or bad , or if you just want to talk.

Why do orders end up "pending" for a month? Who on earth would want to wait for a month to see if they were going to be approved for a sale, much less want to wait extra time to receive it?

Hi Gumby,
You bring up a good point, please allow me to clarify it.
Sales are validated up to 3 times a week, usually before each Friday which is the weekly "pay day" for our affiliates.
All medications are shipped out within 24h to 48h after the receipt of the order, except one, Generic Lunesta, which has been out of stock now for 10 days. Since the product is out of stock , we do not process the credit cards and immediately inform the customer of the situation.
We also offer the customer a price reduction or additional product if he is willing to wait a few extra days. Most of them are rather understanding and accept.
In conclusion this is the reason why some of you might notice orders pending for a long time. We will receive our Generic Lunesta stock the first week of September, ship out all pending orders and validate them the same week.
Stock issues are being resolved and we do not anticipate any further delays.

Andre - is there a minimum payout? I read here that it's $200, but I don't recall seeing anything when I signed up.

Hi,
Yes , there is a 200$ minimum payout limit.
On the FAQ page of the affilaite program on our site we indicate the minimum payout limit.

Hello Andre,
I just reveive check from You, and get shocked finding no signature on it.
Also there is mess with My Address, as per the Curier Company Person he visit my City 3 rd time to find out my address.
I also find inproper address on Envelope, address given by me at affiliate backend is just fine . I think mistake was made by your Account Dept.
I just can't imagine such type of mistakes.
Now What to Do With Check.

Hello Pharmacy and everyone else,
I have already e-mailed all of you concerning this, I will post the e-mail here :
Due to an administrative error, all checks corresponding to the August 23rd payment period have been sent out without a signature, making them impossible to cash.
Replacement checks have already been issued and will be sent out today, Tuesday the 30th of August together with the August 29th checks.
We have already contacted our financial institution and cancelled the problem checks which you can throw away at this point.
This is a first for us, never happened before and we will make sure it never will again.
You will receive your replacement checks before the end of this week together with the August 29th checks.
Our whole team apologizes and wishes you a great week.
