My experience with FindWhat was a nightmare. I would have done no worse to just send them a check. ePilotwould suck up my deposits (regardless of the amount) over 48 hours. I spent over $1000 one weekend with ePilot with no returns. GoClick lasted a while with little return. 7Search, though expensive, works well for generics and herbal smokes. SearchFeed works well for RX and $100 goes a long way.

Well..... Its a matter of worry for all, After Google now junk results taking over all good keywords on Yahoo and MSN as well.

How many of you are able to get a good position on Google in last 6-8 months.... I think answer is none.

So in this situation can you see any alternative way of advertising?

SEO is the only way of late, the good old days of PPC are long gone.

You can try them out but, you will go through money like you were in Vegas with little or no ROI.

a year ago I would have suggested pageseeker.com but now they also seem to bring trash traffic with no

conversion.... especially for gaming .....
pharmacy ad prices skyrocketed there too, and no sales at all.....

ppc for me is adwords, of course the few things they still allow ......

even some herbal products are on the restricted list now, and not just smokes or drugs but enlargement, and enhancers too .....

and of course trademark compliance annoys me at adwords too, as some super obscure and common sense words are trademarked (cannot give an example, but from time-to time I find some when I add keywords)

Their traffic is crap now too! When the cpc prices dropped I should have known.

Glad I'm not the only one who had this experience, should have just wrote them a check as you stated. I got a few sales but nowhere near the amount I spent with them. Their suggestion was 'bid as hi as you possibly can' well of course that works great for them, if they can get $2 a click or more. But bidding hi, low and medium didn't appear to make a difference. I even used a basically inactive domain just for this ppc campaign and got very little in return for my deposits. If the couple of orders I got continue to reorder I 'might' break even over the long haul.

Here's a funny PPC story...

I hadn't tried Ah-Ha (now Enhanced or whatever) for a couple years, so while I wasn't doing much last Sunday, I thought I'd set up a new account and give them a try to see how they are converting these days.

To set up an account you have to go thru the whole process... URL, title, discription, keyword, bid, account details, credit card details etc.

So I set up a phentermine URL, put in a low bid for phentermine of only $0.36 which only put me in like 7th place, deposited $50, and just figure I'd let it run for awhile, not figuring I'd get many clicks at 7th spot, but thought I'd see if any of the traffic converted...

Well, after I created the account, I immediately got the email that my account was setup and active... login here.

So I clicked and logged in, went to go add more keywords, and ...ding... another email came in. This one said "You have depleted your deposit at Enhanced..." please deposit more. I mean, literally, in less than 10 minutes.

I had just logged in, so I checked my account page, and sure enough, in less that 10 minutes, they showed I received 160 some clicks on phentermine and spent $55.50 (so I guess I owe them $5.50, my account is now showing negative). Of course, nobody clicked on a buy link or purchased anything...

I sent them an email to the effect "you have got to be kidding me, in 7th position and you send me 160 visitors in 10 minutes... I couldn't get that kind of traffic ranking in Google, Yahoo and MSN combined...", but of course, the email was never answered.

So... I would have been happy giving them thousands of dollars if they had decent traffic, but I guess they'd rather just steal the $50 from people instead...

I guess the moral of the story is..Ah-Ha/Enhanced still sucks today also...

BowFromMI,

It's funny because I've had similar experiences with almost every 2nd tier PPC available! And it's not only OP... every product or service we've promoted had the same results! For us, ePilot was the worst! But we also tried Kanoodle, FindWhat, Search123, more... and had horrible results as well! For a while there, FindWhat was OK. But then they turned to crap too! Then they changed their name thinking they could get new customers. Did they think we wouldn't notice???

Sadly, the only PPC that's worth using is Overture and Google Adwords. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get a SquareTrade approval to use them! So with OP, PPC is pretty much out of the question. Gotta focus hard on SEO!

If anyone has any tips on getting a SquareTrade approval, please PM me!

I don't understand why is it so hard to make a squaretrade? In their site I see they only ask a certain fee(about 200$ I think it was) and they approve a site for affiliate advertising. You only have to be in the US I think. If anyone can explain me why is it so difficult?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that SquareTrade applications have to be filed by and in the name of a licensed pharmacist. This rules out all affiliates that don't run their own brick and mortar pharmacy.

There are two options:
Licensed by a State Pharmacy Board
• INCLUDES: Retail Drugstores, Internet Pharmacies, and HMO Pharmacies in the United States and Canada.
• EXCLUDES: Affiliates, non-licensed sellers of prescription drugs, pharmacies based outside the United States and Canada.

Affiliates - do not hold a pharmacy license
• INCLUDES: Websites that link to sites that are licensed pharmacies in the United States and Canada.
• EXCLUDES: Businesses not involved in the sale or advertising the sale of prescription drugs, businesses based outside the United States and Canada.
