Just now I read in same forum that they send check for December-04



But He didn't mentioned wheter he gets Nov check or not.

didn't miss some of your refill commission checks than why there is
problem with some like me to get First sell checks.



I can agree that USAP issuing checks mannualy so may there is chance of
missing possile, but in my case I am waiting for the month of Nov/Dec
& so.

Well January check arrived today dated March 15th. That makes USAP paid to March, except for October/November for me.


Anyone out there still waiting for Oct/Nov just send me PM and I willadd details-A few of us have got together to send a collective request for payment to Carlotta this week.


These are not big amounts for most folks, but it all adds up.

By the way, I know first hand (as many do) that Carleta Carolina worked for Vince L-O-N-G before the "sell" of the companies. (at his word, not my assumption)


Also, Vince was in the middle of writing a letter indicating he knew prior to the "sell" of the companies that he would likely be indicted by the USDOJ. This letter was seized from his computer by the USDOJ and is part of the truck load of documents in the case.


Care to go sift through them? No longer a secret, he was found guilty.

My understanding is that all claims were scheduled to be resolved by now and should be awaiting final disposition with the court.


In other words, if youdid not do your paper work with the USDOJ's Karen Taylor by the deadline last fall, you are not getting a thing.

Any News form USAP, they just update there backend DATES/ YEARS after 7 months, so waiting for update in Payment Schedule too.

I also noticed some changes at backend but again delay in payments, may be they return to there old policy of Payments after 3rd month for 1st Month.
