As I've heard their court process is not over yet, but some of affiliates have received their payment which was owed by USAprescription. Have you received yours?

Also the last court process was at December/5/2004


But I don't know what was the decision.

Hi all affiliates,


I'm one of affiliates of usaprescription, They owe me several thousand dollars, they have told me more than 20 times that they were going to transfer my funds, but all they told me was a lie.


Now I'm going to make a webiste dedicated to USAprescription and Coral Pharmacy (who is the owner of USAprescription at present) and write there the whole my adventure with them. Then I will place a popup on my friend's pharmacy sites who has more than 2000 visitors a day.


Than I'll contact them and give the information about my site url.


I think that they will be quite "glad" to know that 60000 potential customers (per month) will get the trueinformation about them. This action will last till they don't pay me all my funds.


How do you think is it a good idea ?

Yes Sleepy, I know that many affiliates have been paid fully and I'm not among them, that is the reason I'm very angry about Coral Pharmacy.


Icalledthem directlymany times and all times I'm told that they will transfer my payments "next week".


They lie to me all times and tell me different reasons for not sending me money.


I'm fed of them. I've nothing to loose, they owe me big some of money, I'll call them again and agian and again till they don't pay me and also will develope my new website.


What would you advice me to do instead of antiCoralPharmacy campaign?


P.S. Sleepy, As I guess you are representative of Coral Pharmacy on this forum. If you don't want me to make contra action about your company contact Carletta or Alicia or somebody else or tell me what to do in my situation.

It seems kind of silly to me... and a waste of time. You'd be better off creating another site devoted to a completely new product or service. Creating a website "slamming" a pharmacy that is barely afloat seems pointless.


How many sites do you see promoting Coral Pharmacy (or USAPrescription) anymore? None!


If they aren't making any money, you aren't going to hurt their business. And even if they do make any money, your limited campaign will have NO EFFECT AT ALL! If you send them an email with the URL of this "Anti-Coral" site... they'll laugh! Put your time and effort into something worthwhile...


Just giving it to ya straight...

I doubt they'll dream of you... maybe laugh. Believe me, I've takenHUGE losses in the OP industry. Medical Web Services owes me over $15,000! And Medical One Network owes me over $5000! But is it worth the time and effort to build a website and run negative campaigns? Even if I "played on their nerves" as you suggest, it wouldn't get me my money! And they're not going to give you your money because youbuild a website. It's not going to effect them either way! I'm telling you... they're just going to laugh!


Instead of wastingyour time, you should move on and make money elsewhere. You're not the only one who's lost money. There are people who have lost 2, 3, 4... even 5 times the amount that I have! And I've lost over $20,000! If you read through old posts on this forum, you will find TONS of people in the same boat. Some people have even taken legal action... but very few have got any money.


Your meaningless threats won'taccomplish anything. I tried them for a while, but it got me nowhere.


I'm just telling you from experience... move on... save yourself the trouble.

We pulled out of USAprescriptions not long after their move to Bahamas,so our loss here issmallish.


I know many people lost significant incomes here. In addition we all lost plenty of the"customers for life".


Not hopeful about collecting past dues.

I've been paid everything I've ever made from them. I haven't promoted them for a very long time, but I actually have sub-affiliates who are still promoting them that make me a couple hundred bucks every month. And, I'm still being paid. But it's not sent at certain times... They just kind of show up in my mail box. Whenever they get around to it I guess. I don't expect anything from them, but it is nice to get a little something from my sub-affiliates who still promote them...

Don't remember exactly, and I don't feel like diggin' for the copy, but the last check I had was sometime in November. But keep in mind, the checks that I get aren't much, so I'm sure it's easier for them to send a little check than a big one.

They paid me everything they owed me, so I kept promoting them.
They kept sending me checks monthly through Oct., which paid me for
Aug. commissions. That's the last one I got. Haven't rec'd
Sept, Oct, or Nov. commissions yet.

Me either. I took down all my USAP links. I thought (maybe) they were behind after all the hurricanes thathit theBahamas.I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the hurricanes, but it has been too long to keep promoting them.
