Dear Affiliates-


As of yesterday (10/28), we have received no word from the court regarding our lawsuit against the DEA. We were expecting to receive a response no later than yesterday, but did not. As promised, I will keep you abreast of all developments as soon as they occur. As always, you're welcome to contact me at Bryan@METAbility.com with questions.

We're expecting a preliminary ruling sometime this week. Of course, we were expecting it last week, so we can't saywith absolute certainty. However, Iwill update everyone with ANY news we receive.
