Can someone from IMS please post an update here on if IMS is still in business or is it directly taken over by RXM1?

idealmedicalsolution.com is down since 29-December-2003. There is an old thread related to that, which I started at that time. After seeing that thread they started forwarding that domain to imsaffiliates.com for a week or so in January and then it (idealmedicalsolution.com) again went offline and it has been like that since then.

I used to login at www.imsaffiliates.com (http://www.imsaffiliates.com)before March, 08 shutdown and that URL is still working. So I was hoping that IMS isstill alive.

You can logon on to www.RxMedicalNetwork.com (http://www.rxmedicalnetwork.com/)using your IMS affiliate number and password. I've been using that method to check on orders...

My IMS account is still alive and I'm promoting through it. I've been paid everthing owed to me up to the shut down.

I don't know if it is true or not but I've heard that payments that were do this last Friday are going out this week via check. Once they get everything up and running with their new bank then wires will start going out again.

Checking stats/orders is not the problem but I want to be sure that I will get paid before I start promoting them again on full scale.

Some statement directly from IMS would have helped but I guess I'm asking for too much.

I was paid in full (to the best of my knowledge, although if one was conpsiracy oriented or a whiner one could bitch & moan about past C.O.D. orders and pending commissions up until the point of the stats going offline).

But I've been impressed that IMS-Rx (now Wellington?) did exactly as they promised me -- paid me past due commissions via wire transfers. Were a bit behind one a payment due to their downtime/restructuring... but they paid. Then they were, it seems, almost back on schedule by the next Friday wire transfer.

So, I give 'em two thumbs up. Wish more providers were like them. (Others may be owed money, and I can feel for them, but it's only fair for me to say that I'm essentially paid up.)

I still haven't toggled traffic back to the at a large level... but I'm just lazy. smileys/smiley2.gif

Brittin said that I'd get a wire the first of this week and I haven't given up, yet.

Well, I guess some people were lucky and were paid thelast 2 weeks commissionsbefore the 3/8 shutdown (for Week 2/21~ 2/27 and Week 2/28~ 3/5).But it seemsalot of folkshaven'tbeenpaid yet by IMS/RX Medical for those weeks.

It's ironic....In spite of all of the headaches and delays in payments caused bytheswitch from EVA toHMU and going offshore, they STILL MANAGED TO PAYANY COMMISSIONS OWED. Let's hope IMS/RX Medical will do the same and pay up. There's no reason why they shouldn't.Can't believe I'm saying this but at the current moment, HMU is looking like a saint by comparison....

So no reply from IMS for 3 days means they are gone?

My understanding is that IMS-Rx and RxMedical USED to be two different companies for legal reasons. Then they "folded", were "traded", "transferred", "sold" or "reincarnated".

Change your links over, use RxOrderSys.com instead of IMSorderSys or whatever it used to be. (All the affiliate IDs will still work, just change the domain).

Yeah, I am changing the links but an official communication will still help. Guys at IMS spend a lot of time in spammingblogs with links to silverdrugs.com but they don't have time to write a single line email to affiliates. smileys/smiley5.gif

I have not been paid for commissions from prior to the shut down, nor have I been paid on anything since the change over!

When you get right down to it, they are just an affiliate...at least now that RxMedical sold.

I received a commission for mid March. I am still waiting for
pre-blackout commissions. Initially when I contacted them, they
said they would be sending payouts soon, when I got the
payout it was from post-black-out sales.

Sigh,
E.

Good afternoon all. Not a good day for me.

Received an ominous letter from my bank today. Inside the letter was a
February 14th IMS commission cheque with a big blue stamp on it saying
"NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS."

Anyone from IMS wanna comment?

cheers,
