URL of contact form?

URL of contact_us form for both IMS and RXM1used to be http://www.ims-rx.com/order_status.cfmwhich is still showing "IMS-RX is no longer taking orders."


I changed it to http://www.rxordersys.com/contact_us.cfm (http://www.rxordersys.com/contact_us.cfm)but it is forwarding to order status page/form. Both of them used to be separate forms.


Can someone from IMS/RXM1 or any affiliate in the know post here what is the new URL for contact_us form?
