Commission for COD orders in Backend

Hello,


Could someone please tell me how the orders are credited to our account (in commission) as far as COD orders go?


Example:


Order# Rx287220 says COD "received by customer" but our commission still reads $0.


Does this change and if so, how much time does it take to switch over?

RxMedical's usually takes 7-10 days (stated by Ethan)and I think the same people process IMS's

it takes a week or two for commision on cod orders to be paid
