get a sep-ira. you can exempt 25% of your income from federal taxes up to $40,000. That should reduce your federal income tax bite quite a bit (10-16k). smileys/smiley2.gif

The highest AGI i've seen this year so faris over 3 million. He really needs to get an accountant to his return.
