We have developped this system and from my point of view it is interesting to people, who have good (not OP) traffic. Check Publishers section.
It is new system and new concept, as you pay not for click, but for sales and publishers can add search box to their sites.
If you have any comments, like "it is bullsh*t", or "great" - I would like to hear them and to adjust it to meet your needs ;)
