Are there any non-rx affiliate programs that contend as far as commission? Anything that has SYO and template sites?

I'm not an affiliate (yet), but if I were you I'd remove the menu (home...) at the top of the *order/shopping cart* pages. It gives an incentive to customers to quit before completing. Just my opinion.
