For the past 3-4 days I can't login to get stats. Either the homepage doesn't finish loading, or on the rare occasion that it does load, I get the error "unresolved host name" for this URL http://aff.idealmedicalsolution.com/affiliates/index.cfm?fus (http://aff.idealmedicalsolution.com/affiliates/index.cfm?fuseaction=validatelogin) eaction=validatelogin
Very frustrating as I need to see which pay periods I've received a wire and which I have sitting as checks that I wanted to have as a wire.
I'm on a dialup, but wanted to know if the problem was related to the slow connection, or if anyone else is having the same problem. Yes I saw that they had a DNS, but that was today and not 3-4 days ago.

Haven't had any problems loggingin the last few days. But today there were some problemswith their shopping cart, java-script, etc. Got this email today which explained the problem. They were experiencing a denial of service attack:
----------------------------
<DIV>Dear Affiliate,
We have always strived to maintain 100% uptime. Thus it is with regret that we must inform our affiliates that due to a massive Denial of Service attack on our systems this morning of Feb 2, we are experiencing a system outage.
The attack began at approximately 8:00am EST and was noticed immediately by staff, and the systems group was immediately mobilized. By 9:00 AM we knew we were under attack and it was apparent that all of our systems were unable to respond to legitimate requests, rendering them effectively offline.
In order to address this serious issue, we are currently bringing our backup servers online and trying to block the ongoing Denial of Service attack. During this time, there may be intermittent performance issues. We expect that our systems will return to full capacity by 5:00pm PST or sooner.
Again, we do apologize for this unfortunate circumstance and will continue to make every effort to get all systems back to full capacity as quickly as possible and avoid anything similar in the future. </DIV>
