I understand that MSN shut off feeds via Looksmart and I could see the result right away as I was strong on Looksmart, but this morning it is obvious that MSN is back getting feeds from Looksmart as my Looksmart listings are back up.
Is Looksmart back for a while??

Thanks. Will MSN search results just depend on its own stuff plus Inktomi?? To get better rankings on Google, Yahoo and MSN what do you suggest??
I have a network of 500 of my own sites mostly via my www.americandrugclub.com (http://www.americandrugclub.com) site as each town has it's own domain name, eg www.chicagodrugclub.com (http://www.chicagodrugclub.com). I am going to launch a links page tomorrow on each site that I have which links into each other site therefore creating approx 500 extra links for all my sites via my own sites. Will this increase placement for the sites?? If yes what search engines should respond best, Google?? What else can I do to increase site placement?? Would it be of value to you guys for me to exchange links with you so I add you sites to the 500 site link page??
I have a buddy has a site that is making money off refering people to a pharmacy in India that sends Rx's without a doctor review. Is this worth the risk?? He seems to be making great cash.
I ship Allegra, Lac-Hydrin, Nizoral Shampoo, andZyrtec into the US without a Rx from Canada as we do not need rx's to sell the product. Do you think any ofthe lifestyle drugs guys would be interested in an affiliate program for this stuff. We also ship lots of GENERIC Claritin and GENERIC Zyrtec.
See www.norxclaritin.com (http://www.norxclaritin.com) / www.norxzyrtec.com (http://www.norxzyrtec.com).
My background is primarily through sites sending rx's to the USA from Canada eg. canadameds.com, americandrugclub.com etc.. but I also have many many more sites like crestwhiteningstrips.com, buynicoretteonline.com, cosmeticeyes.com. Do you guys see anything we could work together on??
Thanks for your time.

Daren, I realize that this is a free marketplace, and don't be offended by my comments, but it is guys like you that are killing this country !!
Offering controlled meds without an RX !?
Then some one like that idoit in California who's son overdosed puts pressure on the industry.
Then you have stuff like what Overture and now google is doing to squeeze the OP affiliates out of business. CUT THE B*!*&^IT !!
How would you like it if we did the same in your neck of the woods ? You would be pretty pissed off. I am sure this wont sway you either way, but hopefully it will give you some food for thought on how to do business properly without killing the trade just for you to make a few dollars more.

Good morning,
I guess it's my old age and constant memory loss, but the goldmine that used to be inktomi, the last time I looked it was ending all ads under inktomi when they expired and would not re-certify. The same way with alta vista. The only thing I could find was the paid inclusion for yahoo/overture where you pay an inclusion fee and then a flat rate 15 cents per click or 30 depending on type of traffic. I can't remember but I think it was something like "Ask Jeeves/Fast" that they still offered normal inclusion. If the real Inktomi inclusion program is still goin, please correct me and accept my apology up front...smileys/smiley6.gif

I think you might mean ink.ineedhits.cominclusion is $49 /1 url or $29/url (2 or more) into inktomi..
now they offer Overture site match .... I went into it with one non-RX site ... got approved, though no paid clicks from them this far (i submitted 1 week ago)
the inktomi inclusion works fine .... I get traffic from google and MSN thru them ...
they are saying that "free yahoo" traffic will end april 15th, but nothing happened, my yahoo included sites stayed included and traffic still comes just fine .....
I like them, but they changed their site, and now the only thing that works is IE which pisses me off bigtime .... but that's just me ... otherwise they are OK to go with

So im guessing with the ink.ineedhits.com site though any pharmacy sites wont get approved until you get the square trade crock of sh*t?

OK,
let the old geezer try again. I am usually muddled in the way I speek.
"IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT INKTOMI SEARCH SUBMIT:
Inktomi Search Submit has been upgraded to become part of the new and improved Overture Site MatchTM service. Inktomi Search Submit no longer exists as a stand-alone program and will no longer be accepting new URLs, or changes to existing URLs, into the program.
Existing Inktomi Search Submit customers will still continue to receive their free trial of Yahoo! traffic that will end on April 15, 2004. Please note that participation in the Inktomi Search Submit program does NOT include Yahoo! traffic on an ongoing basis.
The URLs currently existing in your Inktomi Search Submit account will remain included into the original Inktomi Search Submit database until the end of your subscription period."
Now, what I guess I was trying to ask...is there any other program to replace the Inktomi program that is now officially dead...at least as far as adding or refreshing new URLs? smileys/smiley6.gif

I have 2 price compare sites submitted thru them...
they are not private label OP sites, but they have heavy RX content, and links to pharmacies .....
I did not try site match with them, but the inktomi stuff works just fine ...
By the way, "Free yahoo traffic" did not stop .... actually I think I get more than before :)

oldboy2000,
I have the same question, does that mean if you are not in Inktomi now you wont be in MSN either? I know MSN updates very slowly as does Inktomi.
