No Traffic Stats after 10:42 AM

My Traffic Report shows No traffic Stats after 10:42 AM today and worst No sales have recorded after 12:30PM.


Things are not right (for me anyway) as stated in the previous post.

I see in the backend where it says traffic stats stopped around 10:50ambut I know thats incorrect because I continued to make sales throughout the entire day. PlusI know based on my own trafficlogsthat therewastraffic coming in.Maybe theyhad a problem with the traffic reporting while they were doing the COD reportting upgrade.

It's very unusual for me Not to have Any sales on a Friday afternoon, although who knows -- it's probably just my day to spend $$on advertising and go in the hole smileys/smiley11.gif

Funny, I got a sales notification overnight and it does not show in my backoffice except under "grouped by product". Not in total sales, total commission, detailed report - nothing else except listed under the "grouped by product" section.


Anybody know whattup w/that??

Same here. No visitors or sales since yesterday afternoon. Hopefully this is just a glitch on the reporting end and not on the recording end. Nice to know it's not just me.

And I have not had sales either...


BUT--- I thought I just was not getting sales, because, well, I'm new, and I don't advertise much , so I don't get many sales anyways...


But it sounds like some of you big players are not getting sales stats...


Is this true... no sales stats also?

Still not showing any clicks or sales here and of course, my emails go unanswered. Are there any IMS affiliates out there who are NOT having this problem?

Mytraffic stats don't appear to workeitherbut theyonlytrack people who click on your buy links so I've never really used them anyway. I track all my traffic using my own real time stats. But other than that my sales are doingfine and are being recorded properly plusI'mreceiving email notifications on sales.


I know that they recently made some changes to the login page so you may want to trydeleting your browser cache and cookies andthen logging in again.

Thanks Brendan for pointing that out. It's a good point and now that the traffic stats are back working it's a good way of showing that there is most likely something wrong with sales tracking.


A customer enters my site, looks around until they find what they want to buy and then clicks on the buy button. This records a click through to IMS.


Now that the click stats are back I can see that in the last 5 days I have had 181 clicks on my 'buy links'. This has only resulted in 9 sales. That's a conversion ratio of only 5% where previously, averaged out over the previous month, my conversion ratio was 12%.


Also, the sales that I had over this most recent 5 day period just about all occured on the same day. I'm seeing the same thing over at Rx Medical ever since the 9th of January when IMSAffiliate posted on another thread that everything was 'back to normal now'.


The real problem that I have right now with IMS is that I haven't been able to get anyone to respond to my emails.


Does anyone else have their conversion percentage from their stats at IMS or Rx Medical so that I will know that it's not just me?

My email notices have been sporadic at best. About 50% of my orders are resulting in an email notification. I'd much rather have the sales show up than the email notifications though. Maybe there are still a few bugs to be zapped.
