Hello everyone, this is Bryan Mauger, Affiliate Director for USA Prescription. This forum is gaining in popularity and I decided that I wanted to get involved. I've been reading everything being said about the various pharmacies - good AND bad, and I wanted to let all of you know that I am available for questions about the USAPrescription affiliate program and the industry in general. I'll be more than happy to help in any way I can to ensure your success. That said, it's not my style or intention to bad-mouth the competition and I'm not here to engage in he-said-she-said - I simply won't do it. There is plenty of room in the marketplace for everyone and I'm here to talk about what WE have to offer, not what other companies say, do, or don't do.

I have read some of your comments about USAPrescription skimming, not giving credit for re-orders, etc. I am here to tell you that it simply isn't true. I have been with USAP for 3 years and I wouldn't involve myself with such things. It doesn't make any sense to do it. Sure, if we were to skim orders, not give credit for refills, etc., we would end up with more money in our pocket instead of you, but think about it. why would we do that? Our affiliates are our life-blood. Why would we bite the hand that feeds us? If you look at what we are doing with our affiliate program - new products and services all the time, you can see that we are looking toward the future. Without our affiliates, we have no future. If you feel that you have been wronged for any reason, please contact me personally to discuss.

We originated the concept of the online pharmacy. Take a look at Archive.org and you will see that no others existed back in the mid to late 90's. Since that time, thanks to our affiliates, we have grown to have thousands and thousands of successful affiliates. Some of them are the biggest online marketers in the world and are making MANY thousands of dollars each and every week with USAP. Some of them have been with USAP since day one! My point is this. if we were screwing them out of their money, why would they stay with us for so long?

We have a tremendous line of products (with MUCH more on the way) and we are focusing on diversifying because we all know that diversification into other profitable, recurring sales is the key to success. If you've never tried our program, please check us out. Our affiliate software is second to none, was developed completely in-house by our own programmers, and we're adding new features all the time. If you have tried our program and left for whatever reason, drop me a line at Bryan@METAbility

Bryan- It'ds good to see you here. Welcome.

I've got a few questions I'd like to ask from someone in the mgmt. end of this volitile industry. Could you give us your opinion of what's inthe future for the online pharmacy distribution business as you see it.What do you thinkof thefuturefor online questionares asking the patient to fill out and not being required to actually see a doctor? whatis your opinion of the online Ambien / Phentermine market,do you think we'll see some drastic changes to the way these types of meds are now being prescribed? Do you have any suggestions as to a direction we as affiliates should be going to lessen our liabilities but continue with the profitability?

Dewie42 - Thanks for the welcome. No, you didn't win the contest. We announced the winner in last week's newsletter. However, if you email me directly or through the affiliate system, I'll tell you how you did in relation to the winner.

Samsung- Thank you for the welcome as well.

All of your questions all seem to stem from one primary concern - the future of this business and it's affect on your ability to remain productive and secure. Here is what I will tell you.

No one knows what the future of online medicine is. Recent (as well as some not-so-recent) events certainly raise concerns to some. All I can tell you is this: USAP operates 100% within the law. Doing so is the reason we are successful every time we are challenged in court. Check out http://www.RxNetwork.com for a lot of information about how we relentlessly defend our industry. Because there are no guarantees is the reason we are diversifying into so many other areas. I would strongly suggest that affiliates who have all of their eggs in one basket, seriously consider other areas. This will continue to be our focus - diversification for the sake our affiliates and ourselves.

I'm not aware of any changes in the way Ambien, Phentermine or any other medications are prescribed. That said, just like my comments above, there are no promises or guarantees. We are constantly evolving to meet the demands of the marketplace while operating legally and ethically. Of course, we'll continue to do so and if that means we have to change some things we will. And we'll make you aware of them if they affect you.

Lastly, with regard to your question about limiting your liability, my suggestion would be this: don't do stupid stuff J. Although it may have happened before, I'm not aware of a single case where an affiliate was involved in a lawsuit with or against any OP (at least not USAP). Unless you're a major player in the market, the government probably has little interest in you. Of course that could change, but like I said, I'm not aware of it ever happening. Stay away from shady marketing. If you are promoting through a website of your own, keep it current and don't make false claims or promises. Perhaps most important of all. diversify!

Bryan,

I have been a USAP affiliate too. Checks have always been on time.

Can you update us on:

1) What role Vincent has at USAP
2) Any criminal proceeding against Vincent at this time

Vincent is the President of USA Prescription, Inc. As to whether there are any legal issues with him, I really don't know. I am the Affiliate Director, not the corporate attorney. J You are welcome to contact USA Prescription's corporate attorney, Sean Ellsworth, at sean@egrlaw.com.

Welcome bryan..

I have a few questions. I was with you guys for about 3 years and reorders were there , but when we switched to a different provider our reorder rate went through the roof. To me there seems to be some sort of discrepancy. Another thing is some customer information that is nescessary to provide the right kind of marketing that is required for the op business.

by the way tell Vince that our domain is for sale for the right price..smileys/smiley16.gif

Smokey-

We send re-order emails to all customers and those re-order emails containthe link from the affiliate who made the original sale so that the customer can return to the same site and log in as an existing customer. I know it works because about 40% of our (affiliate)orders are re-orders across the board. That's a pretty high number! I don't know what your numbers were, so I cannot comment on specifics. If you email me directly, I might be able to look further into your particular case.

Because we are HIPAA compliant, we cannot disclose much information - nothingthat would identify a customer/patient and/or allow you to market to them directly. This includes names, email addresses, etc. About all we could possibly disclose would be and order ID and item ordered (which is exactly what we show in the affiliate stats area). If you are asking for something specific, let m know what it is.

I'm sure I can guess what the domain name is smileys/smiley2.gif

No need for guessing.......smileys/smiley14.gif
